This focuses on the vision, values and behaviours which drive the organisation's culture, both explicit and implicit. A mix of interviews and workshops help you to build from your existing strengths, express how you want to develop and identify actions that will encourage this growth.
This uses surveys, interviews and workshops to gauge individual, team and organisational health. It is action-focussed and encourages commitment to address deeper issues, putting in place progress measures, alongside finding quick wins. It can also include 6 and 12 month reviews.
More diversity in your team leads to more effectiveness but only if you invest time in understanding and listening to each other. I can lead workshops or away days which facilitate this and which aim to catalyse ongoing conversations. I include training on what creates the psychological safety for meaningful engagement to happen.
In many organisations, people are asked to start being managers of other people with little to no training. Based on my 20 years of experience, I have developed a tried and tested 12 hour modular course, that can be delivered in-person in two days or remotely over 6 weeks. Equipping people to succeed in line management is one of the factors that will make the most difference to their team's effectiveness, the organisation's health and everyone's happiness at work.
If what you need is just time to step back from the everyday, to be refreshed and gain perspective, I can facilitate a guided retreat that allows for both individual and group reflection and inspiration. I have a range of themes for you to choose from, or I can create something that responds to your current needs.
Sometimes having someone from outside can enable more participation in key discussions. It can also be useful when building new partnerships or working across teams as it keeps the power balance equal. I am skilled at creating interactive and safe spaces that bring everyone into the conversation and increase shared ownership of outcomes. These spaces can take the form of workshops or away days, in-person or online, depending on your needs.
